Analysis showed that the present infrastructure fragments the neighborhood. A railway embankment for instance, acts as a barrier for the 3 surrounding neighborhoods.
Separating pedestrians, bicycles, cars and public transport allowed the creation of a promenade to make the transition of areas more pleasant and invigorate the urban space.
The promenade ends at a newly developed multi-functional complex with an underground parking. The complex consists of two buildings: a residential training center for people with mental health problems and a hotel which facilitates the gradual return of patients from accommodated housing to independence.
